Hampton roman blinds are operated with a chain operated system.
To order a recess size blind enter the wall to wall measurement at the smallest point of your window for width and drop. Our factory will make a 1cm reduction to ensure your blind fits into this space.
An exact blind size is the finished size of the blind. The head rail and fabric will be the same width.

The ordering was easy, blinds as described and delivered within the given timeframe. Instructions inside didn't match the product, but a quick youtube search helped with installation.

I ordered two blinds, one was 5mm short of measurements supplied. No instructions for fitting were supplied, had to figure them out. If details of fitting had been shown when ordered i would have made changes to the order.

Really pleased with my blind. Great quality and arrived quickly. I hadn't seen the design anywhere else and it was exactly what I was looking for. I found the online measuring guide really helpful. I would definitely use Order Blinds again in the future.

We are very pleased with our blind but found the chane kept breaking. Understand what the chain has a safety catch but as this was a large heavy blind we had to but some clips to make it more secure.

My order was a Lorna Syson fabric roller blind. It is lovely and beautifully made. The order was swift and accurate. My only regret is that I didn't have a reverse roll direction. This was my fault and it would have looked so much better with the fabric covering the actual roller mechanism, rather than it showing the plain white lining. I will definitely order from them again.

I am very pleased with the blinds, however, on their website you can choose standard or reverse roll but it does not make it clear what these mean, ie standard was from the back & reverse from the front!! which I only found out once they were delivered, I was under the impression that reverse roll would be from the back of the blind (which is what I wanted). Very disappointed with the Courier that was used, they gave me three dates for my delivery a Friday, then Monday & then Tuesday. They were then delivered on the Tuesday. I do not know if I would use them again due to courier issues & the standard & reverse rolls. Quality of blinds very nice though.

The blinds received were of very good quality and the order was processed very quickly considering they were manufactured to order. My criticism is more for the attention of Order Blinds as they have made some changes to what you receive since we last used them. They now supply a "U" shaped clip to retain the cord and chain which is secured by two sticky pads, where previously they supplied a "P" clip which is secured by a screw. Whilst the new retainer is much easier to fix it is useless to someone like me who removes the blinds for decorating, I purchased new "P" clips to replace the ones supplied. They also supplied two type of fixing clips/brackets one for mounting from above the other a much more substantial bracket for mounting to the window frame. You would be in danger of losing your warranty on new pvc windows if you screwed into them by using the second bracket. Order Blinds need to change their order form so that buyers can specify which mounting they require this would reduce waste as one mounting will be put in the bin. I provided dimensions with my order which were the exact measurements of the window reveals, the blinds manufactured were reduced in size to provide clearance. When fitted I think Order Blinds had been over generous with the clearance as there was 15mm+ around the blind where I would have expected 10mm max.

Regarding the brackets, for vertical blinds we provide both top fix and face options for practicality. We do not recommend drilling into PVC doors, as this can cause damage to the door frames. It's always best to check with your door manufacturer in these cases.
As for the safety clip, the new adhesive option is designed to reduce the need for additional drilling, but if you prefer the drill version, we would be happy to send that to you instead.
