Our Sunscreen Roller Blind collection has been designed for windows where you want to see outside whilst stopping people being able to see in.

How does it work? Magic… Well not quite, we use an open weave fabric which creates a screen effect whilst still allowing some light through. Because the light that does come through is effectively coming through small holes when you stand back you can see out but people outside can’t see in.

There are other benefits too:

• Because sunscreen blinds block 95% of the UV rays they do a great job of removing glare from TV screens
• They protect your furniture from fading
• The fabric is fire retardant making them ideal for offices or commercial settings too

3% Fabric	1% Fabric

Made from a vinyl and polyester mesh they provide the perfect solar control solution. This is achieved by weaving the materials together in an open weave which allows light through but blocks people seeing into your home. Unfortunately not magic, the secret behind this type of blind is all about light source. During the day the light outside hits the screen and reflects away so that people outside cannot see in. From the inside you have an almost perfect view out making them ideal for bathrooms, offices and indeed any room where you want privacy and reduced glare making them ideal for windows next to computer screens as well. At night time the sunscreen blind still offers a good level of privacy as the artificial light within a home is generally not as bright.

Our collection of sunscreen blinds offer two different grades of openness – 1% and 3%. This refers to the tightness of the weave with the 1% weave being the tighter and thus allowing less light through of the two.

Luxury Sunscreen Roller Blind Collection

Our collection of Luxury Sunscreen roller blinds combines the great concept of a sunscreen roller blind but made even more luxurious by offering additional choices in terms of colour and finish.

The Sunscreen Luxe collection differs from the standard sunscreen collection in the following ways:

• Available with an exposed metal bar on 3% openness fabrics in a choice of 6 finishes at no extra cost.
• Comes with a nickel chain as standard.
• Is made on a 300cm wide roll meaning you can make even larger blinds without the need for joins in the fabric.
• Increased colour range to choose from.
