    How to measure for Perfect Fit blinds

    Remember to only measure the glass size for the width and drop, using a steel tape measure.

    Perfect Fit Drop

    Step One

    Measure the drop of the glass at the left side, the middle and the right side, and give us the smallest of these sizes in centimetres (cm).

    Measure the width of the glass at the top, the middle and the bottom and give us the smallest of these sizes in centimetres (cm).

    Perfect Fit Clearance

    Step Three

    Check that you have at least 2.5cm of clearance all the way around the window, to allow enough room for the frame (which overlaps the window by 2.5cm).

    Key areas to check are around the handles and vents, making sure that the distance between the edge of the handle/vent and the edge of the glass is at least 2.5cm.

    If less than this, unfortunately this blind type will not be suitable for your window.

    - A ruler or steel tape measure

    - A debit card or other small, flat, rigid card

     

    Step 1 - Place your card flat against the window frame, overhanding the glass

    Step 2 - Place the ruler's end up to the glass as shown below

    Step 3 - Note down the measurement where the card touches the ruler.

    Traditionally considered a greyish-white, this Matte White blind is an excellent match for such opulent colours as gold, silver and bronze. As white brings to mind neutral hues of green, blue or cream and tan, these are all tones offering an elegant colour scheme welcoming rich contrasts in chocolate or black.

    Our aluminium Venetian perfect fit blinds are the perfect choice for almost all UPVC windows with rubber beading. Made with a specially design spring tension system this blind is operated via a central handle to raise and lower the blind and tilted using a clear wand.

    The frame can be made in white or brown as you prefer and the control wand can be made on the left or right hand side.

    Replacement slats are lovely material and just the right opaqueness I required. The only snag was with the top hook inserts were a different size to my original blinds and I could not use my original tops as the new ones won’t come out. They are fixed in far too tightly so we were unable to remove them and had to snap a piece out of everyone of the 30 top fixings. So a warning to others when ordering replacements doublecheck your top fixings as I had no idea there were different ones.

    Very poor and we’ve Worse customer service tried to blame me for the colour being wrong and the print to over pixelated on my custom Blind. Wouldn’t recommend you using them they my proof was out of focus and grey why not then ask for a new photo to use because what I authorised was exactly what i wanted black back ground with beautiful flowers on they are saying I authorized grey and blurry flowers who in there right mind would do that

The image file provided was low resolution, which meant the preview showed visible pixelation and a softer, grey-toned background rather than a solid black. This was clearly illustrated in the proof we supplied. The purpose of this proof is to ensure customers can see the exact expected result before production and request changes or provide an alternative image if they are not satisfied. We did not proceed with manufacturing until we received your approval confirming that you were happy for us to produce the blind as shown. Your order was then manufactured exactly in line with the approved proof. As the blind has been produced as approved and is not faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement in this case. We are always happy to assist customers with image suitability before approval and encourage anyone with concerns to contact us so we can help achieve the best possible finish.

    I could not be happier with my bedroom blackout blind! Order Blinds are one of the few companies that offer extra wide options and with side channels too, which is why I chose them. My tip is to take out the measurement insurance, as eventhough I measured many times....I was wrong! Sending a replacement was no trouble at all and the fitting of the blind is so easy - done in 20 minutes! My pictures are taken at the same time showing it open and closed. Thank you Order Blinds!
