    How to measure for Perfect Fit blinds

    Remember to only measure the glass size for the width and drop, using a steel tape measure.

    Perfect Fit Drop

    Step One

    Measure the drop of the glass at the left side, the middle and the right side, and give us the smallest of these sizes in centimetres (cm).

    Measure the width of the glass at the top, the middle and the bottom and give us the smallest of these sizes in centimetres (cm).

    Perfect Fit Clearance

    Step Three

    Check that you have at least 2.5cm of clearance all the way around the window, to allow enough room for the frame (which overlaps the window by 2.5cm).

    Key areas to check are around the handles and vents, making sure that the distance between the edge of the handle/vent and the edge of the glass is at least 2.5cm.

    If less than this, unfortunately this blind type will not be suitable for your window.

    To measure the depth of your window you will need:

    - A ruler or steel tape measure

    - A debit card or other small, flat, rigid card

     

    Step 1 - Place your card flat against the window frame, overhanding the glass

    Step 2 - Place the ruler's end up to the glass as shown below

    Step 3 - Note down the measurement where the card touches the ruler.

    This Blind Features:

    • When fitted to doors or windows that open you can still operate the door fully as the blind is attached to the glass. Please be aware that the top cassette protrudes into the room approximately 7.5cm so sliding or folding doors may not be suitable for this product.

    Very poor and we’ve Worse customer service tried to blame me for the colour being wrong and the print to over pixelated on my custom Blind. Wouldn’t recommend you using them they my proof was out of focus and grey why not then ask for a new photo to use because what I authorised was exactly what i wanted black back ground with beautiful flowers on they are saying I authorized grey and blurry flowers who in there right mind would do that

The image file provided was low resolution, which meant the preview showed visible pixelation and a softer, grey-toned background rather than a solid black. This was clearly illustrated in the proof we supplied. The purpose of this proof is to ensure customers can see the exact expected result before production and request changes or provide an alternative image if they are not satisfied. We did not proceed with manufacturing until we received your approval confirming that you were happy for us to produce the blind as shown. Your order was then manufactured exactly in line with the approved proof. As the blind has been produced as approved and is not faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement in this case. We are always happy to assist customers with image suitability before approval and encourage anyone with concerns to contact us so we can help achieve the best possible finish.

    I could not be happier with my bedroom blackout blind! Order Blinds are one of the few companies that offer extra wide options and with side channels too, which is why I chose them. My tip is to take out the measurement insurance, as eventhough I measured many times....I was wrong! Sending a replacement was no trouble at all and the fitting of the blind is so easy - done in 20 minutes! My pictures are taken at the same time showing it open and closed. Thank you Order Blinds!

    I had a problem with the electric motor on one blind and was guided through the troubleshooting by Stacey who very patiently talked me through the problems which were largely due to my own installation. The problem appears to have been solved and has probably stopped the whole thing crashing down. I found the team to be very knowledgable and helpful and was advised that if there was a further problem not to hesitate to contact them.
