Our customer service team has contacted you by email to understand the issue in more detail and help resolve it. From the photo you shared, it looks like the blind fits correctly at the top. If your concern relates to the drop length, we do include an additional 30cm of fabric to ensure it can fully wrap around the roller tube, when the blind has been lowered the drop ordered. The image file provided was low resolution, which meant the preview showed visible pixelation and a softer, grey-toned background rather than a solid black. This was clearly illustrated in the proof we supplied. The purpose of this proof is to ensure customers can see the exact expected result before production and request changes or provide an alternative image if they are not satisfied. We did not proceed with manufacturing until we received your approval confirming that you were happy for us to produce the blind as shown. Your order was then manufactured exactly in line with the approved proof. As the blind has been produced as approved and is not faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement in this case.
