You can be assured that Order Blinds have installed the latest technology from Paypal Merchant Services and Sage to ensure the most reliable and secure checkout system available. We take your security seriously. Order Blinds are owned by Order Blinds Online Ltd.

Delivery
All Blinds are delivered by a reputable national carrier and will require a signature to confirm delivery. The carrier can then provide us with a signed copy proof of delivery and this will be accepted as confirmation of safe delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged in any way it must be signed for as damaged or rejected by the customer.

Our carrier will not leave a parcel without a signature, please ensure that there will be someone to provide a signature at the address you require the goods delivered to (this could be a work address).

If there is no one available when the carrier attempts to deliver they will try once more the following day, if there is still no one available to receive the delivery on this second attempt the parcel must be collected from the local depot, or an additional delivery charge will be made to re-ship the goods again.

Returns policy

Ready made products
We operate a no quibble guarantee. If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. (This guarantee applies to any product returned in its original packaging and condition. We cannot accept back products that have been altered in any way).

Made to measure products
Under the distance selling regulations we can not accept any made to measure products back. This rule applies to all made to measure blinds across all of our ranges including readymade blinds on which we offer a trim to fit service. In the unlikely event of your blind/s arriving damaged we will arrange collection at our cost and remake the blind.

Replacements
All Blinds have been inspected prior to dispatch, however in the unlikely event that a part is missing or defective we will replace the part or the blind immediately.

If you have a problem with your blind please get in touch prior to returning anything as we may be able to resolve an issue with simple troubleshooting or we may need the blind to be returned directly to one of our factory's so will provide the correct address accordingly.

Product warranty
Every Blind carries a full 12-month product warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

Privacy policy
Order Blinds Online Ltd do not disclose buyers information to third parties.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart.

Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Purchasing / Ordering Products
You are considered to have placed an order with us by ordering online via our online checkout process, or by placing an order over the telephone. As part of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email detailing the products you have ordered. This email confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.

However we may still refuse to accept your order after confirmation where:

(a) Goods are not available, in which case we may offer a substitute of the same type and quality. You will be notified of this substitution by e-mail or telephone before goods are dispatched. You will have an opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund if the substitute goods are not acceptable.

(b) We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment

(c) There is an error in the product description

(d) It is logistically impossible for us to deliver the goods to that address

(e) Delivery charges and/or surcharges apply and have not been paid

(f) If an item on the website has been underpriced through error, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. We will inform you of the correct price before dispatching the item to you so that you may decide whether or not you wish to go ahead with the purchase.

If you decide to cancel the order, we will give you a full refund.
